We focused on demonstrating how to create a modern home on a small plot without sacrificing comfort, style, or a unified design. The architectural attention to the building’s façade distinguishes it in a neighbourhood mostly filled with bungalows. This was further enhanced by a thoughtfully planned layout that maximises space and ease of movement.
The interior design reflects a modern style with clean lines, simple details, and a cohesive colour scheme that brings the home together. We paid close attention to the client’s Vastu requirements, blending traditional principles with modern design to make the most of the available space. This approach ensured efficient use of every square foot, combining innovative solutions with timeless aesthetics to create a home that is both practical and elegant.
