OUR TEAM
I founded TACT (Thakare Architects and Collaborative Teams) in 2023 after returning from the UK, with a vision to create architecture that serves communities and celebrates context. My practice lies at the intersection of architecture and urbanism, rooted in placemaking, cultural sensitivity, and meaningful design. I find inspiration in sketching, traveling, trekking, and often talking to strangers — each interaction and journey offering new stories that shape how I think and design. For me, architecture is as much about people and their experiences as it is about form and space.
As the Principal Designer at TACT, I lead our interior design direction with a focus on creating soulful, elegant, and functional spaces. My foundation in Civil Engineering from Government Polytechnic, a degree in Interior Design, and advanced training from INSD have given me an eye for both detail and expression. Beyond work, I love listening to music, spending time alone, and playing with random cats — often talking to them as if they understand me completely. These simple, joyful moments bring calm and creativity to my design process.
At TACT, I focus on the modern execution of projects, bridging design vision with technical precision. With a degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR, I bring structured thinking and contemporary project methodologies to every assignment. Alongside my consulting work at TACT and collaborations with Kalpataru, I pursue my passion for music — performing at shows, jamming with friends, and blending my professional rhythm with a creative one. Music, to me, mirrors architecture — both need structure, timing, and emotion to truly resonate.
I manage administration, client relationships, and the financial growth of TACT, ensuring smooth communication and a strong collaborative culture. My background in Design from MACC Institute and an MBA in Marketing allow me to connect creative intention with strategic clarity. Beyond the professional realm, I maintain a deep spiritual focus — it keeps me grounded and helps me view every interaction with empathy and purpose. And when I need to unwind, the kitchen becomes my retreat; cooking helps me slow down and reconnect with a sense of flow and presence.
